Getting Your Card Is Simple
Bring your Utah State ID and $78 total. Meet with a licensed RMP and qualify the same day.
Renewals are the same price and just as easy. Your card is valid for one year.
First-time patients must be 21+ and experiencing at least one qualifying condition under the Utah
Medical Cannabis Act — pain is the most common, affecting nearly 60,000 of Utah's 72,000+
cardholders.
